Enrolment For The 3ccr Event
…probably the best cycling event in Berkshire!

Postal Enrolment
We no longer offer a postal enrolment option.
On-line Enrolment and Payment
We use Stripe to collect your enrolment fees. Stripe never shares your financial information therefore we have no knowledge of your financial details.
Your payment and enrolment details will be collected via one form therefore you will need a debit or credit card handy to complete your enrolment.
Early Bird Discount
This year we are applying the following “Early Bird” discounts: 20% discount for all riders 18 or Over enrolling in February. In March all 18 or Over riders will receive a 10% discount. Any Under 18 riders will pay a flat fee of £1.00 regardless of when they are enrolled.
Solo Rider Enrolment
Solo Rider Enrolment is for individuals who are not a member of a group and are 18 or Over on the day of the ride. As a Solo Rider you are NOT guaranteed the same start time as someone else you might like to ride with. If you want to ride with someone enrol as a Group Leader or as part of a Group Enrolment.
Group Enrolment
You can create a group/family group with you as the Group Leader but you must be 18 or Over on the day of the ride. The group can have a maximum of six members (seven riders in total) of any age. You will have to pay for everyone and accept the conditions of entry for everyone. If you are enrolling Under 18 Riders you must have the permission of their parents/guardians.
Additional riders can add themselves to your group using the 18 or Over or Under 18 buttons below.
Group Leader Enrolment
This option allows you to register a group with you as the Group Leader. Additional riders can then add themselves to your registered group using the 18 or Over or Under 18 buttons below.
Additional Group Member 18 or Over
Use this option to add yourself to an existing registered group.
Additional Group Member Under 18
A Parent/Guardian can use this option to add an Under 18 rider to an existing registered group.
Payment Thank You Page
Once you have completed your on-line enrolment your browser will be redirected to a Payment Thank You Page. Apart from taking an amazing step to make a difference to so many charities YOU will have the power to help us even more:
- From the Thank You page you can easily send up to six invitations to some of your friends/family/colleagues inviting them to join you on the day.
- You can Like or Follow us on our Facebook page.
- If your workplace has a magazine perhaps they may be interested in doing an article about you and your involvement in the 3CCR event.
Preferred Start Time
- When you enrol you will have the option to select a “Preferred Start Time” for your ride. If the preferred time you select is full we will give you the nearest time available.
- Start times for riders using the 15 mile route will begin from 09.00 unless you are in a group with an earlier start time.
