Group/Family Group Enrolment

..to enrol a Group/Family Group of riders you must:

• be the Group Leader who is responsible for the group
• be 18 or older on the day of the event
• be prepared to accept our “Conditions of Entry” shown on the Event Details page on behalf of everyone included in this enrolment form
• be prepared to accept “What Happens To Your Data” shown on the Event Details page on behalf of everyone included in this enrolment form
• you must have permission of the parent/guardian to enrol an Under 18 Rider
• pay the entrance fee for yourself and all other members you are enrolling
• know the ride distance for each member of the group

Other friends or family members can add themselves to your group at a later date using either the “18 or Over” or “Under 18” Additional Group Member enrolment buttons.

Please ensure that any additional family members or friends who want to join your group:

• know your name (so that we can match them to the right group)
• know your email address (so that we can inform you that they have joined your group)
• and preferably know the registered group name

Note: if all riders are using the 15 mile route start times will begin from 09.00.
